Capital Management has served as the investment adviser for the Lou Holland Growth Fund since 1996. The Fund's primary
objective is to achieve long-term capital appreciation. The
receipt of dividend income is a secondary consideration.

Investment Strategy
The Fund maintains a diversified portfolio of mid-
to large-capitalization growth companies with the following
characteristics:
(i)
Demonstrated historical growth of earnings faster than that
of the general market.
(ii)
Earnings growth stability.
(iii)
Return on equity that is higher than that of the general market.
(iv)
Dividend growth that is typically greater than that of the
market as a whole.
The
Fund invests primarily in U.S. companies; however, it may
also invest in stocks of foreign companies which exhibit the
aforementioned characteristics. |
